What we send, and how often
Salient MD Agency (operated by Salient Health Services Inc.) sends texts only to physicians who ask us to — appointment confirmations, reminders, and personal follow-up about a consultation you requested.
Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month.
Signing up is optional
You opt in by checking the SMS box when you request a call or submit our contact form. Consent is never required — you can use email instead and still work with us.
Stop anytime. Reply STOP to cancel.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
